19837 (2025). Hon Willow-Jean Prime to the Minister of Health: How many full-time equivalent staff in the Minister's agencies, if any, are working on the Government's response to the Royal Commission into Historical Abuse in State Care and the in the Care of Faith-based Institutions, listed by permanent or temporary, and role?

Hon Simeon Brown: I am advised that approximately 4 full time equivalent staff across the Ministry of Health, including policy analysts, are presently engaged in supporting the response to the Royal Commission into Historical Abuse in State Care and the in the Care of Faith-based Institutions. There are approximately 2 full time equivalent staff from Health New Zealand also contributing to this work.
