19781 (2024). Hon Dr Ayesha Verrall to the Minister of Health: Does the Minister intend to continue the initiative ‘Hospital in the Home’ under ‘Priority Area 2: Preventing Hospital Admission and Ensuring Timely Discharge’ within the Winter Preparedness Plan 2023?

Hon Dr Shane Reti: I am advised that in districts where the Hospital in the Home model of care is in place, Health New Zealand will continue to deliver this model as part of normal operations.
