19772 (2026). Francisco Hernandez to the Associate Minister of Justice: What advice, if any, has the Minister received regarding any proposed merger of their department, agency, crown entity or any other body that they are responsible for, if any, listed by title and date?

Hon Nicole McKee: In relation to the Ministry of Justice, I refer the Member to the Minister of Justice’s response to WPQ 19771 (2026). In relation to the Public Trust and the Real Estate Agents Authority, I have not received any advice regarding any proposed mergers.
