19728 (2026). Debbie Ngarewa-Packer to the Minister of Education: Will the Minister commit to implementing any findings from WAI 3310 Waitangi Tribunal Kaupapa Inquiry into Education Services and Outcomes once inquiry has concluded?

Hon Erica Stanford: No. The Wai 3310 Education Services and Outcomes Inquiry is an active inquiry currently before the Waitangi Tribunal. The Tribunal is yet to conduct its hearings into this inquiry.
