Rt Hon Christopher Luxon: As Prime Minister, I regularly request and receive advice from officials on a range of matters. In my capacity as the Prime Minister, I received the following documents from 13 May - 17 May 2024 from my officials in the Department of the Prime Minister and Cabinet (DPMC): • New Zealand Royal Standard and RNZAF Ensign – 13 May 2024 • Draft Countering Foreign Interference Cabinet Paper – 14 May 2024 • Vote Prime Minister and Cabinet: Draft Responses for the 2024/25 Standard Estimates Questionnaire – 14 May 2024 • Response to Petition of Focus on Iran: Designate the IRGC as a terrorist entity – 15 May 2024 • Prime Minister Weekly brief – 15 May 2024 • Meeting with the Governor-General on Wednesday 22 May 2024 – 16 May 2024 • Further update on Cabinet decision-making – 16 May 2024 • Quarterly Plan Update as at 21 May 2024 – 16 May 2024 • How to strengthen our national resilience – 17 May 2024 I also received two documents on 17 May 2024 however, it is not in the public interest to release the titles of these documents. In addition, jointly with the Minister for Emergency Management and Recovery I have received the following document: • North Island Weather Event: Progress Update on Categorisation and Buyouts, Sediment and Debris - 15 May 2024 I have received briefings from the Policy Advisory Group, a business unit of DPMC, during the requested timeframe however I am not releasing the titles of these briefings. Furthermore, staff in my office may informally receive documents, including draft documents, from my officials in DPMC and from other agencies, and from Ministers’ offices.
