Dan Rosewarne to the Minister of Education: What was specifically funded by the "Resourcing Charter Schools: Transfers Required for 2024/25" policy initiative within the School Transport, School Transport Assistance, Outcomes for Target Student Groups MCA, and Primary and Secondary Education MCA appropriations?

Hon Erica Stanford: Funding transferred for school transport was used for state and state integrated school students only, because no charter schools met the eligibility requirements for this funding. Other funding transferred to the Charter Schools | Kura Hourua MCA supported per student staffing related and operational funding for charter schools. Base funding for charter schools was appropriated separately through Budget 2024.
