19633 (2026). Hon Willie Jackson to the Minister for Māori Crown Relations: Te Arawhiti: Which iwi leaders, if any, has the Minister meet with to discuss the review into references to Treaty principles in legislation by name and date of meeting?

Hon Tama Potaka: I have not met with any Iwi leaders to discuss this matter as the review is not a part of my portfolio responsibilities. Furthermore, I understand that none of the primary or secondary legislation that Te Puni Kōkiri administers is captured in the review being led by the Ministry of Justice.
