Hon Penny Simmonds: In my capacity as the Minister for the Environment, I took the following Cabinet paper to Cabinet Committees between 20 May 2024 and 26 May 2024: CAB-433 "Severe Weather Emergency Recovery (Hawke's Bay Flood Protection Works) Order 2024" - 23 May It is not in the public interest to release one further title as it is under active consideration.
