Hon Chris Bishop: In my capacity as the Minister Responsible for RMA Reform, I have received information related to the estimated cost for the regulatory relief regime to councils. The estimated costs are currently being considered by the Select Committee as part of the Ministry for the Environment’s Departmental Report. This is with Select Committee and covered by Parliamentary Privilege.
