19616 (2026). Ricardo Menéndez March to the Minister of Housing: What is the deadline, if any, for impacted tenants to move out due to redevelopment at the Secretariat Place Kainga Ora complex?

Hon Chris Bishop: Impacted tenants were issued with a 90-day notice, which expired on 1 May 2026. All tenants have been successfully rehoused.
