19614 (2026). Ricardo Menéndez March to the Minister of Housing: What is the net change in the number of homes and bedrooms, if any, resulting from redevelopment works at the Hyperion Drive Kainga Ora complex?

Hon Chris Bishop: Kāinga Ora Homes and Communities advises me that the redevelopment at 48-50 Hyperion Drive will replace two three-bedroom homes with six new homes, comprising four two-bedroom homes and two three-bedroom homes. This represents a net increase of four homes and a net increase of eight bedrooms.
