Tangi Utikere to the Minister of Transport: Further to Reply 17201 (2026), of the 331 roadside inspections referred to, (a) in how many, if any, was a member of the cohort confirmed as the driver of the vehicle inspected; and (b) of the 77 vehicles against which non-compliance actions were taken, how many, if any, were being driven by a member of the cohort at the time of inspection?

Hon Chris Bishop: I am advised that a member of the cohort was the driver in all instances.
