19575 (2024). Tamatha Paul to the Minister of Housing: Further to his answer to Written Question 7273 (2024), what does the Minister expect the "new normal" of termination to be following the return of no-cause evictions?

Hon Chris Bishop: The number or frequency of tenancy terminations are not recorded and so I am unable to quantify a “new normal” of tenancy terminations. Tenancies may be ended by notice or agreement and there is no requirement to notify the government.
