19565 (2024). Dr Lawrence Xu-Nan to the Associate Minister of Housing: When, if ever, will the Review into the Retirement Villages Act 2003 be expected to progress?

Hon Tama Potaka: The review into the Retirement Villages Act 2003 is progressing at this moment. I am advised that officials are currently analysing the over 11,000 submissions received and will report to me once that is done later this year.
