Hon Penny Simmonds: I am advised that based on the enrolment data reported in the April Single Data Return and Industry Training Register, as at 30 April 2025, there are 19 Tertiary Education Organisations (TEO) where the value of commenced and scheduled enrolments is greater than 100% of their Delivery at Levels 3 to 7 (non-degree) on the NZ Qualifications and Credentials Framework and all Industry Training allocation.
