19495 (2026). Francisco Hernandez to the Minister for Emergency Management and Recovery: What advice, reports, briefings, aide memoires, or any other documents has the Minister or any member of their Office received, if any, during the week beginning 11 May 2026, by title and date?

Hon Mark Mitchell: I received the following advice during the week beginning 11 May 2026: • Speech notes: cross-party lunch for Taskforce Kiwi at Parliament on 19 May 2026 (14 May 2026) • Fortnightly Status Report – Emergency Management and Recovery (14 May 2026) • Southland CDEM Group Plan (15 May 2026) • North Island Severe Weather Events 2026: Recovery Status Report (15 May 2026). I received three further pieces of information; however, I do not believe it is in the public interest to release these titles. In addition, staff in my office may informally receive documents, including draft documents, from officials in NEMA, other agencies, and other Ministers’ offices. This information is not held in a format that can be easily extracted within the required time frame.
