19493 (2026). Hon Willie Jackson to the Minister of Education: Has she asked Maori, including Iwi chairs, or Maori organisations in the Education sector about her performance in relation to Maori education and if so, did they respond by saying that she has done more for Maori education than any other Minister that she can remember, as she mentioned in her recent interview on Q+A?

Hon Erica Stanford: My comments were based on the scale of what this Government has delivered for Māori students in two years, compared with other Ministers, particularly Ministers in the previous Labour Government.
