19465 (2026). Tangi Utikere to the Minister of Transport: Further to Reply 17201 (2026), does the figure of 10 road crashes represent crashes in which a cohort member was recorded as a driver, or does it also include crashes in which a cohort member was a passenger or otherwise involved; and on what basis were individuals assigned to those crashes in the Crash Analysis System?

Hon Chris Bishop: I am advised by NZTA that all 10 road crashes represent crashes in which a cohort member was recorded as a driver.
