19461 (2026). Tangi Utikere to the Minister of Transport: Further to Reply 17201 (2026), were any of the 183 potential traffic offences recorded against cohort members during the period 1 February to 31 October 2025 identified at the time as offences committed by holders of potentially fraudulent licences; and if so, were those individuals' licences suspended or cancelled at an earlier point as a result, or was enforcement action deferred?

Hon Chris Bishop: No. NZTA advises me that none of the 183 potential traffic offences recorded against the cohort members were identified at the time as offences committed by holders of potentially fraudulent licences.
