19457 (2026). Tangi Utikere to the Minister of Transport: Further to Reply 17204 (2026), as at the date of this question, how many of the 461 individuals identified as having fraudulently converted a licence have (a) been issued an infringement notice, (b) been referred for prosecution, or (c) had no enforcement action taken beyond cancellation or suspension of their licence?

Hon Chris Bishop: I am advised that none of the 461 individuals have been issued an infringement notice or referred for prosecution. I refer the Member to my reply to 18709 (2026).
