19455 (2026). Tangi Utikere to the Minister of Transport: Further to Reply 5308 (2026), was the Minister of Immigration, or any other Minister whose portfolio responsibilities intersect with this matter, informed of the fraudulent overseas licence conversions; if so, which Ministers and on what dates?

Hon Chris Bishop: NZTA is aware that information it provided to MBIE has been included in MBIE’s weekly reports to Hon Casey Costello, Associate Minister of Immigration. However, as I do not receive these reports, I am unable to provide specific dates.
