19435 (2026). Lan Pham to the Associate Minister for the Environment: As a "Policy Lead" for the development of changes to the NES for sources of human drinking water (as per the 'Ministerial Grouping for Delegated Decisions on National Direction Package') , what correspondence and consultation did the Associate Minister undertake with the Minister for the Environment, who was only a "Consulted Minister" in the process?

Hon Andrew Hoggard: I engaged with a range of Ministerial colleagues in the course of making decisions on changes to the National Environmental Standards for Sources of Human Drinking Water. This included consulting the Minister for the Environment and providing copies of relevant advice.
