19430 (2026). Shanan Halbert to the Minister for Tertiary Education: Which business divisions, if any, at Te Pukenga/New Zealand Institute of Skills and Technology delivered provision above 105% of their approved funding allocation in 2025, listed by business division and percentage delivered?

Hon Penny Simmonds: The Tertiary Education Commission (TEC) funds the New Zealand Institute of Skills and Technology (NZIST), and not individual business divisions. I am advised, by the TEC, that NZIST did not deliver above 105% of its approved allocation in 2025.
