Hon Mark Mitchell: As the Minister for Emergency Management and Recovery, I regularly request and receive advice from officials on matters relating to my Emergency Management and Recovery portfolio. I received the following document from officials in the National Emergency Management Agency (NEMA) for the week beginning 21 April 2025: Northland Emergency Management Forum 2025, 24 April 2025 Staff in my office may informally receive documents, including draft documents, from officials in NEMA, Cyclone Recovery Unit, the Department of the Prime Minister and Cabinet and from other agencies, and from Ministers’ offices. This information is not held in a format that can be easily extracted within the time frame. In my capacity as the Minister for Emergency Management and Recovery, I presented no papers to Cabinet within the specified timeframe.
