Hon Carmel Sepuloni to the Minister for Auckland: Further to his answer to written question 18533 (2026): can the Minister confirm that he has no targets for himself apart from the four references to Auckland in the speech from the throne, the two references in the National/Act Coalition Agreement, and, the single reference in the National/New Zealand First Coalition Agreement - many of which are the same?

Hon Simon Watts: I disagree with the members characterisation that those are the only items in the speech from the throne, and coalition agreements that are important to, relate to or are relevant to Auckland and the Auckland Portfolio.
