19357 (2025). Hon Kieran McAnulty to the Associate Minister of Housing: Why does phase two of early interventions work to stop people needing emergency housing not depend on phase one being completed?

Hon Tama Potaka: Phase one and phase two of the early interventions work were designed and are being completed by the Ministry of Social Development and the Ministry of Housing and Urban Development respectively. Each phase was designed to operate independent of the other and does not depend on the other to be completed.
