19346 (2025). Hon Kieran McAnulty to the Associate Minister of Housing: How, if at all, will the Minister ensure that the discontinuation of phase one of early interventions work does not adversely affect individuals at risk of homelessness, including those currently in emergency housing?

Hon Tama Potaka: The Ministry of Social Development provides a range of services that prevent entry to and assist clients out of emergency housing. Housing Support Products provide financial and other assistance to help them access and sustain suitable housing. Emergency Housing Support Services such as Housing Brokers and Navigation services also provide people with individualised support into housing.
