19331 (2026). Camilla Belich to the Minister of Justice: What papers, if any, did the Minister take to Cabinet during the week beginning 4 May 2026, by title and date?

Hon Paul Goldsmith: I took two papers to Cabinet, one on 4 May 2026 titled Policy Decisions on Targeted Reform of Torts. I took one further paper to Cabinet, but I believe it would prejudice the orderly and effective conduct of government decision making processes to release the title at this time.
