19309 (2025). Benjamin Doyle to the Associate Minister of Education: How many Early Childhood Education centres have been investigated or had their licenses cancelled due to non-compliance regarding the temperature in the centre listed year by year from 2020, if any?

Hon David Seymour: I refer the Member to the attached table showing that the Ministry of Education investigated 17 complaints relating to room temperature from 2020. No licences were cancelled during this period for non-compliance with temperature requirements.
