Hon Dr Duncan Webb to the Associate Minister of Finance: What policies or processes does the Natural Hazards Commission have in place to determine whether or not to exercise its discretion to decline a claim under s 77 of the Natural Hazards Insurance Act 2023 where a loss is due to a hazard noted on the record of title for residential land.
