19294 (2025). Hon Willow-Jean Prime to the Minister for Children: Further to 15284 (2025), why is the term Relapse Prevention Plan not used in the Oranga Tamariki military-style academy pilot implementation when it was a criteria listed as part of the Teenager Dashboard to be reported on during the transition/community stage?

Hon Karen Chhour: I am advised by Oranga Tamariki that, due to the nature of a pilot, the terminology used during the programme naturally evolves. I am further advised that during the community phase, pilot participants' progress is being reported in a qualitative, holistic manner to take into account the factors raised during the pilot design.
