19283 (2025). Hon Julie Anne Genter to the Minister of Transport: What is the most recent benefit cost ratio (BCR) for the preferred option of the second Mount Victoria Tunnel and SH1 upgrades in Wellington?

Hon Chris Bishop: NZTA is currently developing an investment case for the SH1 Wellington Improvements, which will include the benefit cost ratio (BCR) and cost estimate for the project. I am advised that the investment case is expected to be complete by mid-2025 after which it will be considered by the NZTA Board.
