19260 (2025). Tamatha Paul to the Minister of Housing: How will the Government monitor progress and enforce the stated performance improvements, if at all, in tenancy management?

Hon Chris Bishop: Kāinga Ora – Home and Communities reports on tenancy management targets in their quarterly and monthly performance reports to Ministers, as well as in their published Annual Report. Kāinga Ora are currently achieving all tenancy management targets.
