Hon Rachel Brooking to the Minister responsible for RMA Reform: What correspondence, if any, has the Minister or their Office sent or received with Ahuriri Hapū (Mana Ahuriri Trust) or its representatives, during the period 27 November 2023 to 22 May 2024, listed by title and date sent/received?

Hon Chris Bishop: I have not received correspondence from this organisation. Ahuriri Hapū (Mana Ahuriri Trust) were sent a letter dated 13 December 2023 regarding the repeal of the Natural and Built Enviornment Act and Spatial Planning Act and changes to the National Policy Statement for Freshwater Management, letters dated 31 January 2024, 3 April 2024 regarding the Fast-Track Approvals Bill and on 30 April 2024 regarding the RMA Amendment Bill 1.
