Cameron Brewer: The documents I received from MBIE in the week beginning 4 May 2026 are listed in the table attached. This list includes formal briefings and aides-mémoire where I am recorded as the main recipient as the Associate Minister of Immigration. Papers received from other agencies, or where a paper has been referred to the Minister by another Minister, are not included in this list. Briefings that accompany responses to Official Information Act requests to the Minister are not included in this list. I also receive individual immigration cases in line with my responsibilities as Associate Minister. Due to privacy concerns, I do not believe it is in the public interest to list these. This response does not cover members of my office who receive a large amount of material every week. Asking them to collate the material would require substantial collation and research and prevent them from undertaking their substantive roles.
