19173 (2025). Hon Dr Duncan Webb to the Minister of Justice: Is the Deputy Director Legal of the Public Defence Service considered to be a support or management role; if so is it proposed that it be disestablished under the change proposal which is currently being consulted on?

Hon Paul Goldsmith: I am advised that this role is a management role, and it is proposed to be disestablished under the change proposal currently being consulted on.
