19172 (2025). Hon Dr Duncan Webb to the Minister of Justice: Does the Ministry of Justice have an internal policy on the timing of the proactive release of Weekly Reports on its website, and if so, what is that policy?

Hon Paul Goldsmith: I am advised the Ministry of Justice does not have an internal policy regarding the timing of the proactive release of Weekly Reports. However, they do endeavour to publish on a monthly cycle subject to statutory holidays and other commitments.
