Hon Dr Duncan Webb to the Minister of Justice: Is the role of the Senior Duty Lawyer Supervisor of the Public Defence Service considered to be a support or management role; if so is it proposed that two such roles be disestablished under the change proposal which is currently being consulted on?

Hon Paul Goldsmith: I am advised that this role is a management role and two such positions are proposed to be disestablished under the change proposal currently being consulted on.
