19167 (2026). Hon Kieran McAnulty to the Minister of Housing: What range of interest rate assumptions, if any, does the Ministry of Housing and Urban Development consider acceptable for applicants to propose over the 25-year contract term under the Budget 2025 Flexible Fund?

Hon Chris Bishop: I am advised that the Ministry is in an active procurement process for the Flexible Fund. To ensure probity requirements are met, it would be inappropriate to disclose operational details of applications or assessment considerations at this stage.
