19146 (2026). Tangi Utikere to the Minister for Racing: Does he consider it appropriate for his ministerial decisions to be potentially informed by recommendations from individuals who have collectively donated $250,000 to NZ First in 2026 alone, if so, how?

Rt Hon Winston Peters: Ministerial decisions are separate from party processes, and as per WPQ 18958 (2026) we are in line with the Cabinet Manual when it comes to managing any conflict of interest.
