19105 (2025). Hon Barbara Edmonds to the Minister of Health: Does Te Whatu Ora intend to increase the rent they charge to Hora Te Pai on the Kapiti Coast in the 2025 calendar year, if so, by how much?

Hon Simeon Brown: As the Member will be aware, this is an operational matter for Health New Zealand. I am advised that this lease has been in negotiation since 2008.
