Hon Dr Duncan Webb to the Minister of Justice: Is there a role in the Public Defence Service of Deputy Senior Duty Lawyer Supervisor; if so, is it considered to be a support or management role and is it proposed that it be disestablished under the change proposal which is currently being consulted on?

Hon Paul Goldsmith: I am advised that there is a role in the Public Defence Service titled Deputy Senior Duty Lawyer Supervisor. This role is considered a support role. The role is currently proposed to be disestablished.
