Hon Dr Duncan Webb to the Minister of Justice: Does the minister consider that the number of appeals coming before the Court of Appeal and the Supreme Court will increase or decrease in the coming years; what projections for the next three years (if any) does the minister have in this regard?

Hon Paul Goldsmith: I am advised the Ministry does not have any projections on appeals to the Court of Appeal and Supreme Court for the next three years.
