19053 (2025). Hon Phil Twyford to the Minister of Immigration: What is the total amount, if any, of individuals who arrived into New Zealand on a Work To Residence Visa during the week of April 7th, 2025?

Hon Erica Stanford: I am advised that during the week of 7 April 2025 to 13 April 2025, a total of three individuals arrived in New Zealand on a Work to Residence Visa. First arrivals under the skilled residence Work to Residence pathway are likely to be low due to the requirement to have worked in New Zealand for 24 months and therefore most are granted visas while onshore.
