19008 (2026). Chlöe Swarbrick to the Minister of Justice: What correspondence, if any, listed by subject and date, has the Minister, or his office, had with Joseph Mooney on the Smith v Fonterra Supreme Court case?

Hon Paul Goldsmith: I regularly communicate with my colleagues. As Minister of Justice, I have not sent or received any correspondence to Joseph Mooney on this matter, however, I have discussed the matter with him as part of caucus discussions.
