18955 (2026). Dr Tracey McLellan to the Minister of Corrections: What was the total value of offender-related contingent liabilities, if any, recorded by the Department of Corrections as at 31 December 2025?

Hon Mark Mitchell: I am advised that as at 31 December 2025, the total value of contingent liabilities the Crown recorded for offender-related claims was $22.516 million.
