18951 (2026). Dr Tracey McLellan to the Minister of Corrections: What services will Serco NZ provide under the Christchurch Men’s Prison Redevelopment PPP arrangement?

Hon Mark Mitchell: As the asset management and facilities maintenance (AM/FM) provider under the PPP arrangements, Serco NZ will solely provide AM/FM services to Christchurch Men’s Prison. I refer the member to my response to WPQ 18948 (2026).
