18914 (2026). Hon Dr Ayesha Verrall to the Associate Minister of Health: Has gilteritinib been funded by Pharmac for the treatment of relapsed or refractory acute myeloid leukaemia in patients with an FLT3 (ITD or TKD) mutation; and if not, is it under consideration for funding?

Hon David Seymour: I am advised by Pharmac that it has not received an application for gilteritinib for this indication, and therefore it is not currently under consideration for funding.
