18897 (2026). Hon Dr Ayesha Verrall to the Associate Minister of Health: What implementation plan accompanied the public release of Tuituia Te Kahu in April 2026, if any?

Hon Matt Doocey: Health NZ advised that Tuituia Te Kahu – the National Bereavement Care Pathway for Perinatal Loss was released as a national reference to guide future service planning and commissioning for perinatal bereavement care. Health New Zealand is currently working through the implementation of Tuituia Te Kahu – the National Bereavement Care Pathway for Perinatal Loss.
