18889 (2026). Ingrid Leary to the Minister for Mental Health: How many, if any, referrals for older persons mental health, did Health New Zealand decline in the Southern region in 2024?

Hon Matt Doocey: I am advised that 343 of the 8,448 referrals for older persons mental health in Canterbury district were declined in 2024. I am further advised that this data is not currently available for the other Southern region districts.
